Return Policy
We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return:
- You must request a return within 30 days of delivery
- Your item must be unused
- Your item must be in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Butterfly Sheets that have been used or are missing their original packaging.
How Do I Start a Return?
Email us at hello@butterflysheets.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to return your item.
Please do not send a return before contacting us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@butterflysheets.com so we can make it right.
